Thanks for all the replies. Got a new
battery for my voltmeter and went back
to work. Was getting 5.5 volts at
activation post. Checked at starter
switch and when I plugged in leads and
hit switch not only did it show 12
volts it engaged starter. Cleaned plug
and switch posts and problem solved.
Wish it was always that easy. Thanks
