So I tried the rebuild kit on the iso couplers. Had problems getting the leak to stop by the pins that engage. Called a mechanic to help and replaced one of the new pins that turn to engage and did fairly well. While he was there he also replaced valves but it still leaks down. Does anyone have any tech info that might help me solve this? Thanks!

There is a special tool and an
experienced tech required to overhaul
one of those boxes. Believe a few gurus
on this site can fix you up for less
than the $500 plus your friendly Deere
and Weber dealer would get.

Ditto what cornerpost stated as those valves are tricky to adjust. Tim S whom is a member of this site can set the clearances and test for internal leakage on his shop built hyd test stand.
