It could be locked up in 2 gears and if so you may have to open it up. Or it could do like my Ford 841 does once an a while and lock up in two gears but if I move it back to the gear I had been in I can if I do so slowly get it unlocked. My 841 tend. to do that when coming out of first going to reverse so if I put it back in first then move it back out a lot of time it frees up. So you might try going back to reverse or you also might try jacking up one rear wheel and rock it while trying to take it out of gear.

I had that happen to my 1980 Chev this past winter. I even pulled so hard on the shiftier that it broke. Clutch would not release either. Let ti sit a few days and had another shiftier I installed an it shifted out of gear and the clutch released. Never have figure it out other then I had jacked up one rear tire and every thing started to work as it should
