4630 waterpump

Ok so my neighbor brings his 4630 water pump over to have me rebuild every thing is fine ... until I go to push seal in ... ruined it ... got another there is no way a new ar10159 is going in there the seal is .075 " too big .075" not a typo.

any idea on where to find a seal???? thanks

Is water pump housing marked R50408. AR101549 shows to fit many new gen tractor WP's. Seal spec's aren't listed on JDparts.com

If it has ever had a after market put on it jd kit will not work..if jd a kit should work

must be aftermarket is not marked except trhee letter code ecu maybe

There are some Deere seals that are a bit smaller OD,,but I can't match the part numbers right now..

Ranchers Supply in Lamar CO is where I would go with the old seal in hand. They are pretty diversified in what they have to offer, but one of the things not on their website is a huge rack of every possible type and size of ceramic/carbon ring water pump seals for use in their own pump rebuilding operations. Pretty sure they used to carry circle irrigation setups too.

A similar outfit only a bit closer to you?
