hydraulic remotes on 4010

My has a 4010 with only one remote and with the lever on the dash its not near as nice as the newer tractors with the levers on the console. Is there any reason a guy couldn't make a bracket and mount a double closed center valve along side of the seat and plumb it to the pressure line by the brakes and return it to the filter housing? Then mount some pioneer outlets on the rear. Maybe a little cover over the valve to make it look a little better and bend up some steel lines. This would then give the tractor 3 remotes for not a whole lot of money.

I've done that exact same thing on a 3010. Only problem is with the Pioneer hose couplings, you have to shut the tractor down and let the pressure off the hoses to unhook and hook up.

Yes that will be fine.

Thanks for the replies guys. I looked for the picture in the archives but couldn't find it. Does anyone have a link to it?

Thanks for the pictures

Would the remotes be fast enough with that small of a line coming off the tee by the brakes.
