I have a 2640 with the 276 engine. I am looking for a new block and found one. For those of you in the know, are all the 276 blocks the same? I would think so, but I'm just trying to be sure before I buy it.

Apparently these are the only applications that block was factory installed in.

Next Question: From what I got on the JD parts page, they list two cylinder blocks:
AR73805: (MARKED R60832) (SUB RE50671, (8) R85363 AND R125863)
AR97774: (MARKED R73657, R78556 OR R90170) (SUB RE50671, (8) R85363 AND R125863)
I'll have to go check my block's number. But if the block I found is the different one of the two, any guess as to whether it would still work? What would the differences be between them?
