Is this mower conditioner worth putting any money into? I need a tire, new hoses and apparently a shear pin? By the way...where is it located? When I engage the pto the shaft spins but the belts/pulleys aren't engaging?

I find no shear pin listed in 930 parts catalog. I suspect stripped gears or broken gearbox shaft is the problem. You can view free parts catalogs at JDparts.com. Catalog # is 2339.
