Blew a hose or seal yesterday and lost at least a gallon of fluid.
I'm new to tractor ownership (JD310A loader-Backhoe 1982+/-). I could really use some expertise here. This looks like a good place to start.
Manual says use type 303 hydraulic/transmission fluid/oil but, research is telling me the old specs are not as good as new specs. I.e.: :shock: The fluid operates everything from brakes, steering, loader to backhoe.
What fluid should I buy for this loader/backhoe?
