Yes should be done by late summer, the guy that does my paint restores a lot of old tractors, and has a ton of them in the local home coming parade, last year I think he had close to 40. I'm hoping to have this one and my 7020 also with a before and after sign. So that's in October but hope to be done before harvest starts.

That is a very cool project! Looks like you have a good start on it, keep us updated on its progress. Thanks for sharing...John

I have a tractor that someone previously sand blasted and painted it. That process can do a lot of damage ! I have seen it first hand when I redid it. You have to tear them 100 % apart afterward to clean it all out. That process is not for me and I sure hope I never buy another it was done to.

Keep the pics coming. seems no one bothers with these old horses anymore. Up here all the old 4X4,s have a blade on and sit in Wallmart parking lots, probably half the running gear torn out but they move and that's all they need. Good for you.

The guy that did this one blasts one a week, quite a few for us and other people I know, they do a good job of prepping so it doesn't get in places it shouldn't, not saying it couldn't happen but just like paint, prep is everything. I was there when he blasted it and they taped up seals really well.
