While this is not exactly JD stuff wanted to pick the members mind. Recently I made a pole saw and may have shared with this post. It worked great with the electric saw but I would like to graduate on up to a regular chainsaw. My mount is good but I'm having some issues trying to figure a trigger control lever. I'm using Stihl saws and if I can buy or devise a mechanism I can use a cord pull to go to power up. I know there must be one for a saw mill or remote applications but haven't came across the exact item needed. Anyway if any posters has some information would be appreciated.

Well I solved my own problem....have a stihl 180C and there was a screw where I could make a pivot....attached is picture...I have the assembly and will clamp saw own and use a small cord to throttle up...want need all the generator stuff I had in past and this baby should offer some real power...I used l brackets....
