5085M delayed hydraulics at start up

Got a 5085M open station that the hydraulic for the forward/reverse and the loader will not work for 15 to 30 seconds. Sometimes if you shut down and start again the hydraulics may work quicker. I have replaced the hydraulic spin on filter, and when I changed the filter I dumped almost all of the hydraulic oil in the transmission. Also the "C" range will slip out. I have looked both at the parts on line and at the tractor for the pickup screen, thinking that the screen is dirty. Once the hydraulics start working, they are good until you shut down the tractor. The tractor has 4100 hours. What am I missing as to the possible cause??? Thanks Tim

So you looked "for" the pick-up screen. Find it? Clean it? Put all new oil back in?

I looked in 5085M PC for hyd oil pick up screen and didn't find one. If it has one it's hiding very well.
