2440 3 point will not raise

Just picked up a Deere 2440. I cannot get the three point hitch to go up. Power steering works fine. Any tips on where to start looking. I have an IT manual but no owners manual yet. Looking in the IT manual now.

1st thing I would suggest is put L/D lever under seat in "D" if it's not already there. It's possible the pressure control on RH side by hyd filter is stuck shut blocking flow to 3 pt.

I forgot to state check stand-by pressure which should be 2250 psi.

Thanks for the update. At least unsticking that valve is fairly easy compared to a lot of other hyd repairs.
