Take a look at the diagram below.

Note the gasoline pipe (Key 9), three-way cock (Key 11), fuel cock extension (Key 12), fuel pipe (Key 17), fuel filter (Key 19), indexing stop (Key 21), and fuel control rod (Key 22).

The fuel cock extension (Key 12) is used on tractors with starting and lighting.
