Can I put a puller on the throw out bearing to pull it off normally other Deere tractors they just tap off with ease but not this one. Any better ideas
out there ?

A puller will not work out,, it will put a strain on the fork in the rear,,it will knock off,,just bang on it a little harder..

Use a long bar and pry against the outer diameter
of clutch housing. You might have to alternate sides.

I have thought about making a "U" shaped peice to fit on my slide hammer to get them off...
