Is the left side lift rod adjustable like the right.

I think both sides of ours are the same. adjustable.

Yes if grease worms doesn't have the threads STUCK.

Yes, but they are not completely interchangeable. The yoke at the top has a couple of "ears" where the adjusting handle rests, so it will not rotate accidentally. There is a left side and right side upper yoke, to avoid the ears hitting the tool box.
If your rod is frozen in the lower yoke like mine was, it took a 36" pipe wrench to get it out. Be aware that you need to run it in first, as there is a cross pin in the bottom that needs to be driven out; then you can unscrew it from the lower yoke. Good luck.
