whats the correct color for inside of front hubs ? I seen them bolt ways. tractor at john deere assembly line shows them as yellow . any comments?

I'm partial to completely yellow hubs and black axles. It's more time consuming to paint it that way because you have to let those parts dry and then tape them off. But I think those are the details that make your overall job stand out. Green hubs and yellow axles just don't do much for me.

I have seen them both way also ; but my vote is for 'green' inside, as I've seen many more that way, from factory than yellow; ..But outside hub ,always 'yellow' never green....

I am with NewGen on the yellow axles and green hubs.I see several very nicely done tractors with axles painted the same as wheel and it just ruins the whole correct look.

They were green on the inside when new.

Interesting...Probably due to how they painted the tractors at the factory. But if you bought a replacement hub thru parts, I guarantee it would be a single color and therefore would not match?
