It dawned on me as I was driving through town with my 30 year old plus farmhand feedmill pulled by my 2510 gas ps that we bought as a demonstrator when I was in high school, that all of this stuff and I am getting old. The tractor is over 50 years old, how the heck did that happen. Maybe that is why I was thinking maybe I should put new tires on the old girl. Just because they are smooth and have cracks you can put your finger in, they still hold air. I still cut all my hay with the old bugger. The worst of it is, it may be the oldest user I have but not by much. I keep thinking I should give it a heart transplant but then I wondered has anyone ever put a turbo on a JD gasser. I know they have them for old olivers, ac's, farmalls but what about JD's. Might give her a boost for the next 50 years or maybe 20.
