JD 5103 headlight issues.

I have a 2003 John Deere 5103. I have a couple issues and was needing some advice. My headlights will only come on when the turn signals are on. So, I can turn on the headlights and they don't work. Then I can turn on a turn signal and the headlights will come on. My hour meter doesn't work and the Tachometer works intermittently. I am thinking I may have a ground issue. Where can I find some diagrams? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

Poor ground. With the turn signal on, the increased amperage is overcoming the high resistance of the bad ground. Clean up the grounds or install ground wires to the lights.

I pulled the switch and found that 2 wires were melted at the switch. I'm assuming the turn signals and the hazards are wired together, and that when I turned the turn signals on it supplied power to the headlight switch. I also found a melted terminal in the fuse panel. Looks like I need a switch and fuse panel. Any suggestions on where to buy parts or is the dealer my best bet?
