420T Implement Bracket

Can someone tell me how the Implement bracket is bolted on a 420T?

Looking at the picture my question is does bracket (22) bolt on under Support (58 ) or between (58 ) and the upper support (front end support) .

I hope this makes sense?

Under. 58 is the pivot shaft support and should not be moved.

Thanks M-Man but when it all comes in a basket you kinda have to move # 58. LOL

I got it mounted today and as you say it works great under so thank you for your help and confirmation...
