2030 bell crank

One needs to lower frt axle from frt support to R&R bellcrank assembly to R&R bush/brgs. A&I offers a replacement bellcrank shaft if required for some models

We just went through the entire process on ours. JD bell crank was nearly $800, and the AI was more like $250.
I bought the JD bushings and shims, and did the front pivot bushings while I had the axle dropped. Whole process stemmed from popping a ball joint while plowing. One thing lead to another and we had rebuilt the front end by the time we finished. New ball joint ends, rods, bell crank and bushings. Made a big difference.

Oh, sorry....you were asking the best way to do it, not a saga.

JDG9 John Deere support if you own one.....but if not, we ended up jacking the front bumper with an oak 6x6 under the supports, then blocking the frame behind the axle. Afterwards I decided I'm having somebody fabricate a couple of attachments that can be affixed to the loader attach points with an underslung square tube to hoist or jack by. I'm sure Jim knows the tool I'm speaking of. Wish I could get my hands on one.

I usually press the pin out of the bell crank and replace it with a new pin that I get turned by a local machine shop.

Yep, that is an option, and the aftermarket pins are available actually (Deere said whole unit only), but my mechanics press wouldn't do it. Not sure what size you need, but his wasn't up to the task.
