Need 710 John Deere Lanz Help

Leaking HYD Oil from part 40-41 area. I am looking for suggestions on part 41 as I was able to get part 40 from JD. Part 41 is obsolete. I have not taken this apart yet but will be doing so in the next 2 weeks and it could turn out to be just a o-ring.

Here's the parts photo. I think L18984 is a retention ring IE circlip

It is actually a seal of some kind.

I need to know if Part 35 on the above picture can be rebuilt. Or, if there is a JD crossover for the part number L23501 since it is obsolete on JD Parts.

Part 35 leaks out of where the Part 41 connects
