I am trying to remove the clutch on my 620 and I cant get it to pop free from the splines. I have a puller on it as well as been putting JB blaster on it to try and get it loose, but no luck. Any tips or tricks?

The best trick for any type gear puller is to get it under good tension and then smack the end with a BFH ! This shock most often pops them loose.

What Mike said plus put some heat on it. Doesn't take much sometimes but it won't hurt.

You'll need to have the type puller to use the bolt holes in the disc....get it tight use a torque gun and then wrap the end of puller with a BFH and it's pop loose...you can not baby around on the disc with jaw type pullers....liquid a waste....

Throw the Puller away be for you break the driver.

2 1/2 x 2.1/2 bolts with 2 Square Nuts. Thread the nut onto the bolt insert inside the key hole in the driver, place the square
nut on the inside of the driver, Using your finger tight the bolt. Once it gets tight & won't fall out, install bolt & nut same
manner on the other side/ other key hole. Tighten up good & tight. Good brass hammer & a piece of hard wood block with mounting
bolt removed, give it a good wack..... Presto....
