Installing one on my '53 model 60. All going well except for the steering arm that bolts to the bottom of the pedestal. Its 1" away from being flush, but the pin in the center of the pedestal acts like its too long to fit fully into the hole. It's bottomed out but needs to go more yet. Can anyone shed light on what to do here?
