early a powerlift question

I have an early 35 A with the powerlift with 2 small pedals. I have someone interested in this tractor, they want to put a powertrol from a late A onto it. Is this possible? They say they have a 37 A with a powerlift that they were able to bolt a late A powertrol onto,so worst case they could find a late Unstyled A powerlift and bolt a powertrol to it,any help appreciated.

I had a 1937 a with a newer power lift on it,had the hand lever. ck you bolt pattern around the housing. I think it will work . But remember serial number breaks might have the main factor.

Yes, the power-trol will bolt right on. BTW, the power-lift that you have (with the 2 small pedals) is stock only on 1935 and very early 1936 tractors. It's sort of a rare item, when compared to the 2 large pedal power-lifts, which were used from '36 to early '47.

I believe the bolt patterns are the same. However, the PTO location is different and will not align due to the placement of the PTO shaft in the main case being more offset to one side.
