motor was stuck soaked for a couple months finally got it to break loose. But now fan don't turn, what do I look for now to be broken. thanks rick, also motor seems tight still have to use a bar to turn it, head is off I think with head off you should be able to turn it by hand.

Chances are one or more of the couplers or the intermediate shaft have the splines worn off. I'm referring to the shaft between the air pump and power steering pump. If you can't find used, mother Deere has them for close to $500 for two couplers and the shaft. All couplers are the same on two cylinder tractors, shafts are different lengths.
