Clutch linkage

The clutch handle pivots and pins are very
loose on my 720 D what is the best way to
fix it?

Spend +++ $$$, OR use some shims (brass or cutouts from a beer can) to shim the errant part. HTH This ain't racing speeds !

I drilled the clutch lever oversize, and made a weld in bushing for it. Also I drilled the holes for the front and rear pins, and installed oversize pins. Amazed at the results.

I have made oversized pins in the lathe, not a bad way to go if you can do that, or get it done reasonably. Less destructive than drilling them another whole size bigger.
