Jd 300b no start, fuel to injector pump no fuel to injectors

Hello,

I have a JD 300 B, 3 cylinder diesel.

It ran great when I parked it and it sat for about 18 months.
I tried to start it and it turns over, wont fire.

I drained the fuel from the tank, replaced the fuel filter, bled the filter and line to the injector pump. Put in 1/2 tank new fuel.

Cranks won't start. Cracked the fuel line at the injectors. No fuel.

The return line has fuel in it (the one leads from top of tank to rubber line on head). The injectors are dry though.

Any ideas of what I should try next?

Hello,

I got back to the tractor today. Still no start.

I have 12 volts to the solenoid on the injector pump. I did not have an ammeter to check amperage, but I did have
voltage.

I took off an injector line and the say a small shaft with one hole in it turn inside the pump when the engine is
turned over.

I do not think the drive shaft to the pump is broke, but I am not sure how to view and check that.

I welcome suggestions, even if someone can just recommend a good mechanic in the Wilmington, Delaware area to come
take a look at it.

You can remove timing window(parts key 9) then turn engine over to see if IP driveshaft is turning
