Unstyled G steering wheel, please help (-:

Hello,

I have seen on unstyled G round spoke and flat spoke steering wheels, but what is the correct one for my unstyled G???

My unstyled G has front and rear round Spokes on, and Serialnumber is 7781.

I hope everyone can help me.

All Unstyled tractors came out with flat spokes. Many people put the larger 4 round spoke steering wheel on it to help turn it easier. Your tractor was built 12-12 1938 and shipped to Everly Iowa on 12-14-1938 with disk front wheels and round spokes on the rear and a powerlift..

Early unstyled "G"s came with an 18 inch 3 flat spoke stepped hub steering wheel.
According to what I've read, the 18 inch wheel with 3 round spokes was adopted
at serial number 7100, July, 1938, also a stepped hub steering wheel.
The 17-⅝" round spoke keyed hub wheel appeared on GM' s starting at s/n 13000.

Hello,

thank you for the infos, I had asked for a while at the serialnumber here in the forum.

So I have become this Info:

G 7781 Built 12/12 1938 Shipped 12/14 1938 to Omaha , NE. branch. Destination Everly , IA. Special equipment disk front 6.00X16 & 11.25 X 36 6 ply rear tires. Power lift #2783

What Info is also right???

Is it also correct that my unstyled G with the number 7781 has the 3 spoke steering wheel?
