I was wondering if I removed these rear axle seals, will transmission fluid be coming out? Do I need to drain the fluid first?

You have to take the axles out? Forget it. I got the wheels off so I figured a good time to change. Who knows how old. They don't leak. So I'll leave them.

Thanks

The outer seals are just dust seals , but the oil seals are next to the bull gears. These you need to drain the oil, remove the back cover, take out the axles to replace. Ron Mn
