I'am looking for the PTO sprocket drive to fit the 540 PTO on a John Deere 60 tractor any idea where to find

Try the cornpicker forum. There are guys who advertise parts or parts machines.

Howard, I believe a sprocket drive from a 227 is the same, depending on what tractor it was originally used on. If the tooth count is the same it will work. Mike

Not sure if it was special or not ? but farm stores sell weld a sprockets where you select your hub and then a sprocket size and weld the together. They do offer 540 spline hubs.
