620 PTO pump input shaft seal part#?

Does anyone have the part number?

The JD parts website will have it. I assume the number will be a current number.

I don't see where the JD parts website list the 620 Davenport tractor.

In the 620-630 parts book shown on the website it shows part #AA5247R, PG 65-4 key#37 it takes two of them. From the factory it had two seals back to back that were fastened to each other to make one unit, hence one part number. Today you need to get two separate seals and put them in back to back so you need to get two of the same part number. I assume the part number in the website is for the new seal of which you need two. The Deere parts man won't know this information. The 620-630 book on the website takes forever to load even with fast internet.

Google Deere Parts and when your choices of websites comes up one of the choices will be John Deere-parts catalog. Open it up and towards the upper left corner is a window for a model number. Type in 620 and a menu with every implement with the number 620 will come up. 620-630 tractors is about the fourth choice down. Click on that and go get a cup of your favorite beverage and by the time you get back the catalog might be up. Click the P and everything that starts with P will come up. You will find powershaft clutch in that menu. It's pretty straight forward once you find it.

Well I'll be darned! I don't see the tractor on that list either. I have not been successful with the Deere website on my smart phone. Evidently the phone doesn't have enough capacity. Mine runs on Android (Google).

This morning I looked up some clutch parts on the Deere website with my tablet which is an Iphone product and I got the site and my parts blowup, but it took some time. This morning the Deere parts come up lightning fast on the desktop computer where usually it is slow.

I tried again this pm on my computer. Still didn't get the 620 to come up. I found a reprint parts book on eBay. So hopefully I won't have to many more issues. Thanks again for the part numbers, to both of you. It's always been funny to me that when I've restored a JI Case I asked a lot of questions about parts and repairs on the forum and it seemed that the folks over there were in a competition to see who could post the page from a manual the fastest. I get a lot of help here too, but most JD guys are in a race to tell me to buy a manual. Lol.
