A lot of you may have seen this, but every time I think about handling snow in New England
with a 2 cylinder JD (A in my case) with a 45 loader and snow scoop, I pull this video up,
crank up the sound, and enjoy from INSIDE!!!

If you have not seen it, take a look! A classic.

Yabutt, beats the heck out of the way we cleared the drifts. Heavy steel grain scoop, Dad wouldn't spring for one of those fancy new aluminum scoops. With some drifts 4 - 6 feet deep, could take Dad, brother & me a whole day to dig out.
A few years we gave up, opened the fence, drove through garden behind house & across alfalfa field. During spring melt, harness up one horse, drag car to road, tie horse to fence to drag car back in after shopping in town. Or leave car at road & carry everything through the mud to yard.
