John deere model b PTO troubles!

So........ New paint, new oil, new tires, retune retime and etc. while working on tractors fuels lines today I thought I would get tractor out and try everything out? Whelp everything was ok until ...... I parked in field in neutral and engage clutch it makes a crazy sound #%*^~} ? Like something rubbing and chattering in there somewhere ?!? Not to sure. Never did this until today when got out. It also will do this if tractor is moving some? Any ideas. Maybe worn disc etc?

If the noise is coming from the clutch pulley, there's a bearing in there that might be bad. With the engine dead, how much can you move the pulley up an down?

Well I took cover off and with tractors hand clutch disengaged I can roll the pully by hand.... Now has far as inside it I can't really move up and down? It may be bad disc?

So took clutch assembly off looked inside rotated everything looks to be a ok ! Now this rattle noise to seems to start when idling it's like the outer clutch disc is making the rattle noise ? Mabe just need to ajust it some?

I've ordered new rebuild on the clutch assembly the old one was kinda loose and what not. I rotated drum by hand and can hear no noise like anything is loose or worn ? But when I had tractor running few days ago it would run good driving that is but as soon as you stop tractor and shift to neutral on low idel the drum makes a clack clack clack """"""#%^ sound like outer disc is rubbing drive ? Maybe just needs to be ajusted some or something?
