4020 leaking oil from blow by vent

I have a 4020 with a M&W turbo that has I know is in need of an engine rebuild, but I am trying to nurse it through hay season. Over the winter I sealed up the rubber boots feeding the turbo into the intake, so I am confident it is receiving more boost. Now that we are mowing hay I have been losing a lot of oil from the blow by down tube coming from the valve cover. Should I add another vent to the valve cover to help exhaust more blow by?

I knew a farmer years ago that had a 656 IH that had blowby that bad that he tied a jug under the vent pipe. At the end of each day he would dump the oil back into the engine:( That must have been one tough tractor as it was his big tractor and done all his tillage and forage harvesting. He never changed oil just added some oil and the tractor ran for years like that. Tom

You probably have some broken top rings, and they will need attention as soon as you can do it,,next step will be burning down past the piston,, then the piston will try to seize,,and then it will try to spin that rod bearing..a story with an unhappy ending,, when you tear it down look closely at your clean air side for leaks that will let dirt into the engine, this is a primary reason for top ring breakage..

Remove the vent line between the vent pump and the manifold the turbo puts to much air in the crankcase this will help, its not a fix cap the pump and manifold fittings and leave them capped after your overhaul it

I added a 2nd blow by vent, and the oil blowing out has significantly decreased. Hopefully I can make it through hay season, thanks for the help.
