530 power steering

I want to change the power steering fluid in my 530. How do I drain the pedestal? I see a small plug on the right side and removed it and nothing came out.

The small plug is for a zerk to grease the lower brg in the Pedestal

Thanks, I thought the lower part drained also.

I like to BLEND in 1/2 can of STP when changing JD power steering oil and get nice results..
