I got started on installing the A&I core. Looks like I can make it work,but the holes weren't in the exact location. I had to use a small dremel to oblong a couple. Haven't gotten it all together yet, so don't know if it will leak or not.

Mine was pitted quite a bit on the castings, I ended up using aviation gasket sealer on it. Three days now and no leaks yet. Mine fit a little better on my A than you are describing.

Theres a place , trying to find the INFO i had that sells AMERICAN MADE they are in the SOUTH and the flow tubs are exact same size as the ORIG take off core you are replacing. These other availables the TUBING is smaller dia and they do run warmer, do not have the capacity if you look close you will see.
