I have a customer looking for a white faced temp gauge for his 48 A, and wants one that says John Deere on it. Deere wants $132, so I ordered one from Steiners. It doesn't say John Deere. I called to order one from Riley tractor parts, but they are back ordered for an unknown amount of time. Yesterday tractor doesn't have the John Deere on the face either. Just wondering, if any of you guys have any other sources. Thanks

I have gotten gauges for many JD from Jerry. Best by far. I have talked with him at NY expo and he is knowledgeable about the gauges and is a real nice person, too. I plan on getting some for 2 more tractors when I see him at Expo. The real deal. George

It's a good thing you didn't order from Deere. It's a blackface. I agree with the other guys. Call Jerry. He's a good guy and the gauges are excellent.

Sharps in MO has the cheaper ones that do say JD on the face.
