Two point question John Deere 3020

I just purchased a John Deere 3020 and the two point does not come together enough to hook up some of my implements. There are two spacer blocks on the frame, are they meant to come off?

Those spacer blocks are adjustable. Take a good look at them. They can be removed and then reinstalled in a different position to accomodate the implement you will be using.

The sway bars are set to either category I or category II three point hitch equipment.
Cat I equipment will require pin bushings instead of flopping loose in the larger bores of the Cat II upper link and lower arms.

B & D are you growing weary ?
I had hoped I could count on you to send this guy in the right direction for an OWNERS MANUAL !!!
Anyhow this fellow needs to look at most any other post and get the 800 number to order manuals from Deere.
