Steering wheel difficult to turn, when it does move, the front wheels turn all the way to the right or left with your hand not even on the steering wheel. What gives? Any help?

Sounds As if you have a faulty steering valve under steering wheel.

Sounds like the steering valve is binding, possibly due to contaminated hyd oil. Check the condition of the filter and sump screen and the oil itself. The steering valve will need to come out and be repaired or replaced.
