The gas gauge on my tractor always read full as soon as the key was turned on, when the key was off it always read empty. Most times that means the sending unit is bad. So I replaced the sending unit and now the gauge is always on empty. However, when the unit is not grounded the gauge goes back to full. Is my new sending unit no good? Kinda confused by this and could use some help, thanks.
