Different size hub clamps...eek!

Hey guys, ran into a rather unpleasant issue when swapping out rear tires on my 44 B. Was going from solid rims to spoke rims and have this issue. The hub clamp that fit on the solid rim is too small to fit on one of my spoke rims, using a caliper it looks to be about .02" too small. Also one of the rims as been repaired. They took a smaller hub and welded it into the spot where the original hub was. The hub clamp fits over that hub just fine but the holes do not line up. Anybody know which two sizes of hub clamps I would need for these tires? Basically one hub clamp doesnt have a big enough inside diameter, the hub has the diameter of the holes to wide. Thanks for the help
