Help identifying 4020 step up lugs

So today we were about to go bailing with our old 4020 when we noticed the wheel looked a little worn. The tractor has a 34 to 38 inch step up conversion on it and the blocks/clamps are worn and slipping. The problem is they're not stock JD parts. Looks like they may have come off of an old oliver or case. We can't identify them, if anyone could offer some advice or would happen to know what they are it would be much appreciated!

The dish has a part #: R33440R
and the clamps themselves have a patent #: D210045 and were made in mankato MN but i can't seem to find them anywhere
