Got it running!!! I feel like I'm on top of the world now. Whooee! First put in new Autolite 386 plugs gapped to .015". Still would only "bump". Lotsa battery recharging and "jumping". Pulled it and it started. Ran it awhile to recharge battery. Later found wire from alternator was disconnected so no re-charge. Killed engine and refused to start. Lots more jumping, etc. Finally re-towed it and still would not start. Towed it home from field. Installed new points, gapped to .022". Still nothing.
Tx Jim said to check air cleaner but I knew that was a waste of time as I cleaned and put new oil into it last summer. Finally, I decided to remove the air cleaner "cup". MILK poured out!!! Obviously it'd gotten lots of rain water into it. Cleaned it up, put in new oil and turned the key. SUCCESS!!! Tx Jim you're the winner on this one. Thanks to all for the ideas tho.
I went to town the other day and bought a Harbor Freight timing light. Got a friend coming over tonight and we're gonna see if we need to "fine tune" the timing a bit. Anyway, the 3020 LP is back among the living for now. Again THANKS to all who helped and tried to help! kelly
