JD A Question

I had a question on my 46 A, it has started wanting to run on one cylinder at times, you can give it more gas or put a little pressure on one of the brake pedals and it will go back to the usual two cylinder sound like it should. Under load or going up hills it doesn't do it as much, I've changed plugs, anyone know what else I might try? it just started this about 8-9 months ago, before that everything was good.

I would check the poles/contacts in the mag cap and rotor contact for wear and corrosion and rotor shaft for slop.

Randy, I know nothing about a mag, can you give me step by step instructions how I go about doing this?
