Source for gaskets?

Is there source for individual gaskets for my '46 A? I can only find complete engine gasket sets. Primarily oil pump and various outer plate gaskets. I found an oil pump gasket set for an H, but nothing for an A.

I know I could just source some paper and make them, but it would be much faster to just buy a set than spend all day with a razor blade. Plus it seems like the oil pump gasket needs to be fairly precise in thickness and shape.

Many of the gaskets are still available from DEERE. For example, you mentioned the oil pimp gasket, B246R . It's still available.

You can look up the numbers in the catalog linked below and check with a dealer, or check the 'net, once you have the #.

The last I knew the oil pump cover gear was still available (B246R, if my memory serves me right). Perhaps your parts person is not well versed on these tractors. Most aren't anymore. Mike

Should have looked at the book myself, I was given the wrong part number. How embarrassing. Never trust a kid with a computer. I'm on the right track now, thanks.

Not cheap for that one. I bought one last week without checking the price first. I had my wife cut out a half dozen from the new one as a pattern.

I got both oil pump gaskets for my 48A from my local dealer and he had them in stock. I got both of them for around 15 bucks. Give your dealer a try.
