Hello- Does anyone have a source for part #'s M42720 & M42386? These are gaskets for the early style 140 transmission. The dealer said they are NLA. Any reproduction outfits offering them? If I have to make my own, can anyone suggest the best material to make them out of and the thickness? Thanks for your help.

There's a couple of dealers that still show the smaller (hydro mounting) gasket. 218-927-2140, 509-422-3030.

The other one should be easy to make from gasket material. You must not have the old one to measure thickness? If not, I should have an old one I could measure. Let me know if you want me to do that.

Thank you for taking the time to reply. I will contact the dealers that you gave the #'s for about the smaller gasket.

Unfortunately, I do not have an old gasket that goes between the 2 halves to measure the thickness. I would greatly appreciate it if you have time to measure the thickness of one of your old gaskets, but I understand if time does not allow you to do so. Thank you.

My original large gasket and measures about .060", which is pretty close to readily-available gasket material (1/16"/.0625).

The smaller one appears to be the same thickness.
