I'm helping a friend repair vandalism damage to his tractor.They cut out chunks of the wiring harness . It has the Prestolite alt. with the external reg. I'm guessing the two reg. wires are excite and sense like a Delco ,but which is which ? And did it have a starter relay , or does the starter button operate the solenoid directly ? Thanks for your help....
