410 backhoe loader

I have a 1976 410 backhoe loader that is sluggish to move and in high range doesn't seem to want to go at all.
I have had this for a few years and it has been pretty much trouble free. It sits a lot and The problem started last fall.
I don't usually use it during the winter. Is this a serious problem or an easy fix? This has the torque converter reverser setup. Is there a separate reservoir for any of these components?

There is a forward and reverse clutch, all in the same oil, if it feels the same in reverse and forward it could be a clogged sump screen or plugged trans/hydraulic filter,or possibly the engine "dry" clutch, if it feels bad in forward only it could be worn forward clutch, you can get to the forward clutch by splitting at the engine/clutch housing, but you need to split the next section back to get to the reverse clutch

Here is the free parts book from JD . So you can know and find what is in there and where.
There is no torque converter.
When was the last time the entire transmission combination hydraulic system was drained, flushed and filled with Hy-Gard spec oil? When the trans screen cleaned and the trans filter replaced?
Loader and backhoe hydraulics? Do they operate fast and smooth?
Are the shifter boots rotten ?
When was the last time the engine coolant was drained, flushed and replaced with HD diesel coolant and distilled water, not tap water ?

Torsional damper might be slipping.

With the loader and all the counter-weights under the front end it looks like a major job to split it. It also has a cab on it. At 70 I don't think I want to tackle it. Don't mind doing a small farm tractor.

Ooh yes they are a big job that's for sure, the loader frame is knoched to allow the front end to roll foraward, then set the engine out,, then your looking at the forward clutch cover.
