Hey,
I have a 4250 John Deere with the 15 spd powershift and it doesn't have any forward movement. I have all reverse gears and they work perfect. Forward motion is still nothing. I have rebuilt the entire powershift unit with all new clutches, steels, O-rings on the pistons, just about everything in the clutch packs of the machine. Pressures all test good, my system pressure is a little higher than spec and lube pressure is high but I didn't think that it would effect the shifting, especially since I have reverse. I can hear the clutch elements shifting as you change gears in the cab.
Does anyone have suggestions of what could cause this issue?
