4030 load control shaft issues

have a 4030 tractor with cab and 2 remotes that I had the load control shaft seals replaced on a while back, since the new seals were installed the 3 pt hitch only works in the lowest position on the draft control, the lift barely works now, I understand that it's possible the load control arm finger may have fell out that rides on the shaft, does anyone have any insight on how to repair this?

I have removed the load control shaft to take a look, appears the finger has fallen out of the arm, what is the best way to get the finger back into position?

Thanks Joe

Too late now but L/D control lever should be put in minimum before shaft is removed. I'm afraid one might have to remove ring gear to have room to reinstall follower. I also think you'll have to remove arm. I've never witnessed the failure of the follower.

There is a chance that part #13 pin was broken as you were pushing the shaft back in, this would let #12 fall out, giving you way too much clearance for the control arm to work #11,,You can run a long magnet back in there to see if those parts are laying loose in the bottom. you should be able to actually see if the piece is in place or not..."If" this is what happened you are going to feel sick when you hear the rockshaft and final drives and ring gear need to come out to fix it,, the arm #11 will not come out any other way.....I'm hoping it's still in place, but your gonna have to look....
